TRAINING SESSIONS

GROUP & INDIVIDUAL 


Lacrosse training sessions are designed to cultivate well-rounded players by focusing on four key areas: skill development, lacrosse IQ, speed and footwork, and confidence. The overarching goal is to create an environment that emphasizes fun while building a solid skill foundation.

These sessions are the core of the training, focusing on the fundamental techniques essential for every lacrosse player. Expect drills and exercises that hone:


Shooting: Proper form, accuracy, power, and different shot types.


Passing & Catching: Developing soft hands, accurate feeds, and catching in various situations.


Ground Balls: Techniqu

These sessions are the core of the training, focusing on the fundamental techniques essential for every lacrosse player. Expect drills and exercises that hone:


Shooting: Proper form, accuracy, power, and different shot types.


Passing & Catching: Developing soft hands, accurate feeds, and catching in various situations.


Ground Balls: Techniques for scooping, securing, and exiting with possession under pressure.


Dodging: Mastering different dodges.


Defensive Positioning: Learning proper stance, stick checks, and communication to shut down opponents.
